Talking at a system sorted out by the UML Ilam District Committee, UML pioneer Khanal said that it was the obligation of all to make the general population mindful about the constitution.
Khanal further said that solidarity among major political gatherings speaking to in the parliament was fundamental and that misguided judgment about the constitution would be finished once individuals know about the constitution at neighborhood level.
